With a life shaped by experiences in Spain, the United States, and the Philippines, Marta brings a multicultural and personal approach to helping families navigate their journey to Spain. Her professional background includes work in sales, marketing, publishing, and entrepreneurship as a
soap maker, giving her a deep appreciation for both business and human connection. Together with Tanya and Marlene, she has had the privilege of assisting many families through the Ley de Memoria Democrática process, guiding them with care, patience, and understanding. Her goal is always to make people feel supported, welcomed, and confident every step of the way as they begin a new chapter in Spain.

Tanya de los Reyes - Lloren

Managing Partner

Tanya oversees operations, documentation, and processes in the Philippines while fostering strong relationships with business partners. She helped families with Spanish nationality applications under the Ley de Memoria Democrática. Tanya earned a Bachelor of Science degree major in Advertising from De La Salle University and previously worked at Lowe Lintas Inc., an advertising firm where she handled accounts such as Unilever Foods. In addition to her consultancy work, she is also a professional pastry chef at Solita’s Bakehouse and graduated with Academic Excellence in Professional Baking and Pastry Arts from the Global Culinary and Pastry Academy.

Marlene serves as a consultant and is deeply passionate about genealogy. Her more than decadelong experience at a legal firm in Spain provided her with extensive knowledge, enabling her to support individuals throughout the Ley de Memoria Histórica as well as the Ley de Memoria Democrática process. In addition to her legal background, Marlene has worked across the publishing, trading, and wine industries, and has also served as an advisor to a major U.S. company in the renewable energy sector. She is equally dedicated to philanthropy and has collaborated with several foundations, and worked closely with a former U.S. Ambassador, in support of charitable initiatives and events.

Cristina is a lawyer with extensive experience in international mobility and cross-border advisory. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals and companies navigating complex legal and administrative processes, particularly in matters involving international relocation, residency, and global workforce management. Her work is characterized by a strong international perspective, having advised clients from a wide range of jurisdictions and cultural backgrounds. This global exposure has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by internationally mobile individuals and
organizations, allowing her to provide tailored, practical, and efficient solutions.
Cristina is admitted to the Barcelona Bar Association [Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona], which allows her to provide legal services throughout all parts of Spain without geographical limitations.
